Credit or Debit Card
Payment can be made by credit or debit card either by placing an order via our website or by telephoning our customer service team. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All payments processed via our website are secure and all data entered during the ordering process remains private and protected. This is shown by the lock icon to the left of our website address in the address bar at the top of your browser. Click on the lock icon for confirmation that the connection is secure and to see our website’s details and permissions.

PayPal
PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Discover and American Express.
If you would like to pay using PayPal, please select the “Pay by PayPal” option when you reach the billing stage during checkout.
Alternatively, you can email us confirming the test you would like to order and your PayPal email address. We will issue an invoice which can be paid securely by logging in to your PayPal account.
Bank Transfer
You can pay via online banking or make a deposit via bank wire. We request that you email us directly, and we will forward the necessary banking details depending on your location.
Once payment has been made, please email us a copy of the payment confirmation or deposit slip together with details of the test you require.
We will also need your name, address, telephone number and email address as well as the full name and address of where you would like us to send the kit.
Money Orders and Bank Drafts
We do not accept money orders or bank drafts.
Personal Cheques
We do not accept personal cheques.
Western Union
We do not currently accept Western Union money orders.
